I’m in Orlando , most city and county governments are required to auction their equipment rather than give it away .. you can contact private ambulance companies like “Rural Metro Ambulance” .. otherwise you’re looking at auction houses like www.ggauctions.com or try www.govdeals.com ...
Not trying to be mean here but even the best ambulance doesn’t run without fuel or maintenance ... I doubt sending ambulances will be helpful.
