Regardless of Scott Brown-Marcia Croakly Election Outcome, Obamacare as we knowir is dead.
I’ll keep it short and sweet. Spoke with a number of old network friends and fiends in DC tonight. The Mass Special Election outcome is almost immaterial to the Dems in the House of Reps.
The Congressional Dems have been “whistling past the graveyard” ever since the 2009 summer recess, town hall meetings, tea parties, etc. They have been asking/telling each other “we’re all right, aren’t we” for the last 7 months.
The Mass election, or more accurately, the public reaction to it, has forced them to face facts. The reality is, as far as the Dems in Congress are concerned politically, they are in deep doo doo.
Massachusetts was Vatican City, Fenway Park and Bethlehem all wrapped up together for the Dems. It is hallowed ground, once tread by the Kennedys. Now even Obama has no ammunition to turn it around.
40 to 60% of the Dems are now facing reality; if Obamacare passes, they INDIVIDUALLY are dead meat in November.
The bottom line; Scott Brown and Conservative, fed-up voters have killed Obamacare. God love ‘em/us.

May it be so. I myself suspect the efforts by our vaunted leaders will be redoubled. I have some very tiny specks of pity for the poor nameless congressites who will be crushed between pressure from Pelosi and boiling anger from the proles. May their brains explode. Did I really say that?
I will believe it is dead and done when the dried scalp hangs from our belts.
In other words, “You folks don’t have to vote for Scott Brown, we’re not gonna pass Obama-care anyway, uh.....honest injun.”
Oh they will be dead meat alright..no matter what they do. I dont know about anyone else, but, I sure wouldnt vote for anyone who had their heads up their butts this long..and if not for this special election, would be still asking each other if they were right.
Thats just damned idiotic.

When prophecy fails the disappointed sometimes will double and then double their efforts again, frequently to the level of the absurd.
And make no mistake about it, Obama was elected as a prophet.
Dead like when a monster goes down in a horror flick? Dead like Glenn Close in the bathtub in Fatal Attraction? That kind of dead?
As Yogi Bera says it ain’t over till it’s over. They are TOAST even if they drop it. They need to be taken to the woodshed to send a message to NEVER try this again.
If only that were true.
