Thank you, but wouldn't you say students do because of their parents. If you want to get to the bottom line of fault, it all lies at the parents feet. We, even, grandparents should be in the street by the millions protesting the way the government schools are ruining our children's future.

Parents need to force the schools quality, discipline and teach their kindergartners how to read with phonics!!
