But that doesn’t mean he is doing it effectively or irrevocably. He is certainly NOT doing it without being noticed by millions.
I wouldn’t bet much money that he can pull off his scheme. Make a mess, yes - he will surely do that. But install a commie dictatorship or even a kleptocracy that holds elections but steals them is beyond the skill level of the schizo dreamiers running the White House.
