A non-certificat5ion stunt does not help because the stand in cannot vote after the election is certified.
As for the pick off moves, I think if any of them want to keep their seats they will not go over and side with the Dem's on healthcare after a Republican wins Kennedy's seat. I think this may strike some fear in those RINOs.
