I never, ever watch MSNBC, but flipped over last night after a friend emailed that they were taking the loss “badly”. I was just in time to catch Olberman’s rant. I have to say I was shocked. It bordered on obscene, and he was making these coments about a U.S. Senator. I watch Fox News faithfully and I have never heard anything even closely approaching what Olberman said.
If a conserevative had made these comments, it would be front-page news and evidence of the “right-wing attack machine”.
If Olberman had made these same public comments about a private citizen instead of a public figure, he would be taken to the cleaners on a slander suit.
On the lighter side, I was also amused that MSNBC apparently found the only pub in Boston where it is apparently acceptable to wear an Atlanta Braves sweatshirt!

didn’t watch 0lbermann last night, but I did see Chris Matthews. He looked and sounded a bit drunk, and looked like he had been crying.
I think we should all write the advertisers and demand they remove their advertising from Obermouth’s program just like people did to Beck
I wonder if it damaged his toupee also?
I turned Olberman on before the final announcement because someone here, at FreeRepublic mentioned that Olberman and Maddow looked like they were sucking lemons. Frankly, that was the first time that I had ever watched him, but my husband was glad I did. He said that it was funnier than anything he had seen on Hannity or Greta. It was like watching a comedy show.

The posters who always ask why anybody would comment on Olbermann are missing the point. It's fun to expose and ridicule his demented stupidity.
Both CNN and MSNBC talked over his speach, but Olbermann was way way way over the top with his childish school yard bully rant.
Now my turn to rant and tell Obermann what I think of him.
I want to look him straight in the eye and I want to tell him what a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, %ickless, hopeless, heartless, fat-a$$, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey %%%% he is! Hallelujah! Holy %%%! Where’s the Tylenol?
