On Fox News they showed a dog rescue in what they called the L.A. Rive...looks like what we call flood control canals in AZ. Good sized dog had to be plucked from the moving water from a heli. Poor dog...poor rescue guy...took several bites before getting a good hold on him.
That drain always has someone getting into it.
The L.A. River is a noble body of water, I’ll have you know.
