Yes, SF Valley is the same — we were rain-free for several hours before noon today — and last night between about 11 and 3 a.m. there was nothing going on, either. Even with these strong storms, we’ve had periods of no rain off an on for an hour or more at at time all week.
I love this... Rain has become a way of life!
