“This ruling opens the floodgates for an unlimited amount of special interest money into our democracy,” Obama said.

“Unlike labor unions or billionaire socialists?”

Heheh.

The plan was:

Big Unions: Unlimited influence.

Free Enterprise: Restricted influence.

It's a blow to the socialist dictatorship he wishes to put in place. For the rest of us, the ruling represents freedom.

Well, I do wonder when the democratic candidates will have second thoughts on using the office of the president as a special campaign of funneling government spending… ops Obama their way?

Well, Mr. President, it’s a good thing this isn’t a democracy - it’s a representative republic.

Some of us actually care about that pesky little thing called the U.S. Constitution.

I fail to see the problem with having unlimited amounts of $$$bling$$$ flood into our democracy!

Free speech for Democrats only.

You mean, letting entities other than the Unions spend money on campaigns harms democracy? Hmmm?

Tens of millions of Americans are still upset with Roe v. Wade. Yet the feminists and other abortion supporters sneer "it's the law of the land."

This recent decision is also "the law of the land" the President Obama, who raised his hand and said he would support and defend the Constitution, is obligated by oath to defend the decision. But like all radical leftists, he hates to be constrained by this magnificent document and wants to shred it. The Republicans need to call him on his statements and remind him of his oath.

Makes it easier for challengers to incumbents to raise funds to advertise.

If Bummer would like to create a system for Federally funding small candidates who are hapless enough to not have any big money at their disposal, he can try to run that by Congress.

My thoughts are, since the government cannot tolerate the common people throwing wrenches into their preplanned elections. Therefore the courts were instructed to rule that corporations should be free to outspend our radical ideas about freedoms and rights and insure that the preselected winner will indeed win.

The days of community minded corporations has long passed. They are now international corporations and all firmly supporting the New World Order.

Kennedy and Scalia are both over 70. It would be scary of one of them retired while BO is POTUS.

I have another, GE. Before the ruling, GE can push any candidates or causes any time it wants to through NBC/MSNBC, while corporations that don't own a MSM player are restricted.
