BTW, I have indeed read the constitution and while it doesn’t say the person with the next highest number of votes would be put in the position, it also makes no mention of a situation where all of the people in power have committed fraud. Again, read the 25th Amendment and also the Presidential Succession Act of 1947. You will find that the losing candidate is nowhere to be found in the line of succession.

If you read it like you said then you must also have read the 12th and 20th Amendment. A majority of electoral votes is needed for a candidate to be declared president otherwise it goes to Congress. McCain didn't come anywhere near that number.
