I can't see the teleprompters. We don't have anyone's statement that his is using teleprompters. What is the evidence that he is using teleprompters?

The video shows him looking from side to side, not at this camera or the children in front of him. An explanation is that there are two teleprompters in front of him at the corners of the room. I guess that is the evidence. Not ironclad, but suggestive.
