Crazy weathervane. Moonbat unpredictable.
Bernanke may not be great, but the problem is that they want to replace him with somebody (as yet undisclosed) a lot worse.
McCain’s coin comes up “heads” this time. Let’s see what tomorrow brings...
Look at John McCain running toward the right. You would think that there was an election coming up in Arizona the way McCain is suddenly playing a conservative after playing liberal for the last six years.
It’s time for him to go.Go John,Go.
Bernanke is about as good as it gets, in an immpossible situation. Who will Obama replace him with? I hate to think.
McCain doesn’t have a clue, as he so clearly showed when he started running arond babbling like an idiot when Paulson announced that the world was coming to an end. The voters selected Obama to fix it, because Bush obviously didn’t have a clue what was going on, and McCain looked even worse. Obama was calm and cool and said he’d fix it. And Paulson, Bush’s own Treasury Secretary, clearly favored him.
Well, Obama looked cool because that’s what he does, as long as things are going his way. But it was a case of the perps running the show.
So, Juan, how are we gonna fix it? Reach across the aisle and find a bipartisan solution? The Reid-McCain-Pelosi Stimulus III Act of 2010? Another trillion dollars in wasted pork?
Yes, it's nothing more than a "Crazy Ivan" maneuver.
.
In all actuality, the confirmation is of little consequence at this point. The currency catastrophe that Bernanke has set us up for is already baked in the cake.
Grandstanding, as usual.
I hate to say this, but grudginly agree. Primarily, because I trust ZERO to always come up with a horrible pick for just about any position imaginable.
The Fed is the enemy. They are the ones that cause you, me, and every other person in this great nation to be economic slaves to them.
The Fed needs to go away. Our US Teasury needs to begin issuing our money.
In the meantime, we need to do battle against the bankers - and it begins be getting rid of Bernanke.
Good. Vote Bernanke out. I could have navigated us though the same temporary fix he did if I had the same never ending currency printing press in the backroom. Great, he took our tax dollars and paid off the investment bankers while still keeping certain terms of these deals secret.
McCain again scurries to find his GOP colleagues so he can lead them. If anyone knows how Ben Bernanke performed, it should be McCain who was such a useful tool in getting TARP shoved through in 2008.
way too little, WAY too late McLame
As usual, McCain gets no credit for doing the right thing at FR. Sheeech, if he were fighting the devil incarnate most here would be rooting for satam. Sad!
But if he votes against Bernanke he'll be doing the right thing and I'll thank him.
Then most likely his inner RINO will break loose again and I'll have to go back to savaging him.
Uh-Roh! ...I saw where Lyndsey Mini-MeCain said he would vote for him.
My 6 month old niece is more predictable than that old carcass.
