Isn’t this the trial the judge threw out the evidence of ties to AQ, and bomb making because it was prejudicial?

Why are they even letting this witch in the courtroom, when she’s made it clear her goal is to throw the proceedings into disarray every chance she gets? It’s straight out of their playbook and makes us look like idiotic chumps for putting up with it.

The KSM trial will be a bundle of laughs. KSM can call every Jihadist in the world as a character witness and to throw the old “US is to blame” crapola out there.
The trial will last at least 10 years and then another 10 years of appeals to where this terrorist will never see the needle.

The court has the power to exclude a defendant from the courtroom for disruptive behavior and they may view the proceedings on closed circuit television if necessary.

However, the court has to see a few instances in which the defendant acts to disrupt the proceedings to show taht there is good cause in fact to exclude the defendant.

Besides, this activity by the Defendant will only go to show the Jury that she is acting consistently with the allegations made against her. Not a smart move for her, but she knows she is going down anyway, and is hoping for a mistrial becuase of here exclusion from the proceedings.

Won’t work.

She needs to be in front of a military court, not a civilian court.

” Aafia Siddiqui “

Obama’s long time friend and former roommate is Sohale Siddiqui , also a Pakistani.
Siddiqui may be the Pakistani version of Smith ,but, I gurandamntee that if George Bush had a drug dealing Muslim friend for many years
whose last name matched that of a terrorist-
the media and the Democrats would be doing genealogical searches and making family trees to find a connection .
