In my dream...This monster would be tied up in front of a video camera and have his head sliced off, inch by inch with delays in between each cut so he can suffer.

Then I'd show the tape over in the Muslim countries to warn them that THIS is the retaliation they can expect for chopping people's heads off.

A neighbor held him at gunpoint until deputies arrived and arrested him on burglary charges.

If the neighbor had not been armed, the killing spree would have probably continued.

Perhaps drugs were involved? I don’t think even a radical Muslim or functional mental case would behead his 2 yr old niece, unless he didn’t perceive her as kin. Also an observant Muslim wouldn’t runaround naked. Not that he wasn’t a Muslim and a nutcase, but I suspect that he was in a chemically altered state as well.
