That excerpt said nothing, last week I read the entire statement several times and still could not figure out what her position was, I finally decided that if she wasn’t pro immigration, then I would have learned that by reading the statement, rather than not be able to unravel it.
At this point, she seems to be pro immigration.
I suppose anything short of machine gun nests along the border could be interpreted as being pro immigration.
