Good for him. Good to call these slimes on their tactics and then set the record straight.

Must be done over and over.

Always kinda liked Judd Gregg .. and he’s from New England, no less! This was a good start, but at some point, some pols are going to have to come forward and tackle the other part of the budget, the ‘entitlements.’ There is no recovery without restraints/cuts there, painful as that will be to some.

Republicans need to get in the face of these moronic journalists that ask stupid pointed questions. It’s great that Gregg barked right back at her. I’d love to see more Pubbies putting the media in their place.

You guys are missing the point.

The correct answer is YES, I will stop giving money to the states for education. The Federal Government should not be in the education business and that is why I support eliminating the Department of Education and the elimination of failed programs like Head Start and No Child Left Behind. If you are going to balance the budget you have to get the Federal Government out of existing programs and stop inventing new ones. This may be the job of a one term President and a large number of one term Senators and Congressman but it will either be done by us or it will be done to us.

Good for Judd Gregg. This is the way Republicans/conservatives should handle media attacks.

Conservatives need to escalate the war with the media to make the public more aware of media bias.

Good for him. It’s time to tell the truth about these lousy reporters who don’t wish to report the truth; rather play games with it.

How about getting the federal government out of it all together?

How did we get to the point where local issues like teachers, policemen, firemen, etc. are federal campaign issues?

Gregg called out Brewer for her unfair framing of the issue: “...nobody’s saying no money for schools....On it’s face you’re being fundamentally dishonest when you make that type of statement.”

Woooohooooo!! The media needs to be called out more often for the crap they try to perpetrate. It's high time these slimebags were held accountable for the garbage they spew day in and day out.

CONTESSA BREWER...........well......

“MSNBC’s Contessa Brewer fretted over health care reform protesters legally carrying guns: “A man at a pro-health care reform rally...wore a semiautomatic assault rifle on his shoulder and a pistol on his hip....there are questions about whether this has racial overtones....white people showing up with guns.” Brewer failed to mention the man she described was black. [7]” Wikipedia...

she is pretty and that’s all........

On the soon-to-be canceled ‘It’s the Economy’ program on MSNBC on Thursday, co-host Contessa Brewer grilled Republican New Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg on his calls to reduce out-of-control government spending: “Which programs are you willing to cut? Are you willing to tell schools, no money for you?”

Where is it written that schools get federal funding? Do the potholes on city streets also get federal money?
