Who votes matters less than who COUNTS the votes!
That's what firearms are for!

As of January 1, 2000, all employees of the California State University or University of California “as a condition of continued employment” had to either join the union or pay a ‘fair share’ fee to the union (which was if I recall correctly about 95% of the union dues). It is the law in the state of California. The practice continues to this day.
Gubermint unions don't. Their existence is a taxpayer conflict of interest.
Have laws changed? When I was an IUE member dues was collected from the entire workforce, whether the employee belonged to the union or not. I thought it was a negotiated agreement between the company and the union.
It is a hard sell telling members that all of the dues they have payed for all of those years is getting them a closure that is good for them! Most of the time it is the leadership who have got the most benefit from everything.
Why couldn’t they just follow the leaders they elected and be quiet?
Reminds me of that AARP meeting where the “sheep” revolted!
Except this audience looks a lot scarier!
