My 'thirty-something' daughter and I were discussing ol' Sam just a coupe of days ago... ;-)
It was a highlight of or trip to AK, BC and the Yukon to stop in Dawson Creek and visit Robert Services cabin.
We were just ahead of the snow going south and it caught up to us the next day. The tundra was gold and red before we left in early Sept.
