By filling the seat vacated by liberal lion Ted Kennedy

The point is - he HASN'T - and no one is saying a word, not even FOX.

The dem no-longer-legal-democrat-senator is still 'sitting' in that seat and STILL VOTING!

Brown, after almost 2 weeks, had STLL not been seated.

Previously elected senators have been seated in ONE day and in TWO days following the election. What's the difference?

Oh, yeah, you guessed. THEY were democrats.

Where are the Senate republican leaders demanding Brown be seated?

Where is the press - FOX, hello? - not making an issue of this egregious effrontery?

Agreed. Any new demrat senator would have been given a front row seat at the SOTU.

Election night, Scott Brown said he’d be ready for duty that Friday, and that the interim’s job was done. Maybe the pubs wanted to stealth vote in the new debt limit, the morning after the SOTU. I haven’t seen much press on that, either.
