Complete headline: Axelrod: 'Is the Republican Party Going to Take the Position That They Are Simply Going to Sit on the Sidelines and Hope That the President Fails and the Country Fails?'
(CNSNews.com) - In an interview with CNSNews.com after Wednesdays State of the Union Speech, Senior White House adviser David Axelrod asked: "Is the Republican Party going to take the position that they are simply going to sit on the sidelines and hope that the president fails and the country fails?"
Transcript: CNSNews.com: Given this past year and spending habits, do you believe that Barack Obama--well, Republicans have said that Barack Obama doesnt have the credibility to reduce the deficit. How would you counter that?
David Axelrod, senior adviser to the president: Well Id say a few things. First of all, as he mentioned tonight, the biggest run up in spending weve seen was in the last 8 years, under the last administration, in which item after item was undertaken--wars, tax cuts, a prescription drug program--without ever being paid for. We went from $5 trillion projected deficits for the next decade to $8 trillion of red ink projected over 10 years. So, I think if it becomes a battle of whos credible, the president acknowledged that we have to spend money because we didnt just inherit a fiscal crisis, we inherited an economic crisis and a financial crisis. And we had to deal with all three.
But Id say this on the subject of credibility: Yesterday there was a vote in the United States Senate. The president endorsed a fiscal commission to--a bipartisan effort--to deal with the deficit that had teeth. There were seven--the vote went down, 53 votes, we needed 60. Seven of the people who didnt vote for it, seven of the people that walked away, were Republicans, who actually were co-sponsors of the bill. And this is the core issue: Is the Republican Party going to take the position that they are simply going to sit on the sidelines and hope that the president fails and the country fails and that they will somehow benefit from this politically? Or are they going tog join with us in a bipartisan effort and deal with our problems. And thats what were waiting to see.

Socialism is the failure. When socialism is properly seen as the failure, America wins and can return to free enterprise and a free citizenry. Can't be repeated enough.

No Axselrod ( NIMROD ) your wrong, we want the success of the Untied States of America.
I pray to the GOD of Israel that you, and all of the communist in Washington fail big time...
Why ohh why David NIMROD are you fighting a losing battle ?
Same goes for the main fringe media, it's a futile fight and battle to fight against the GOD of Israel and expect to win.
Give up now ! you know your going to lose and are losing now, you have failed !
Come on now, be reasonable, come to your senses and right mind, if you turn to the GOD of Israel and repent of your wrong doing, and admit your wrong, perhaps ? the GOD of Israel will have mercy on you and forgive you, but, if you choose to keep fighting, your going to lose...
Give up NOW AXSELROD !! your going to lose....

Boy, that Mr. flubadub is sharp as a marble, huh? He guess it all by himself...WITHOUT a teleprompter or anything.
Is that statement supposed to "shame" the Republicans in some way? If their actions get rid of obama, the Republicans will be freakin' NATIONAL HEROES.
All the Republicans need do is to stay the course, stick to their beliefs, and don't buy any of the obamaTATOR's B.S.
The kenyan's circle is growing smaller by the day, and his wiggle room is almost non-existent. People are catching on to what and who he is very fast, and his "magic show" has turned into a 2-bit carny sideshow.
Men are like steel, when they lose their temper they become weak; such is the case with the obamaTATOR castigating everyone because he's not getting his way. Tighten the thumbscrews a little more and eventually he'll lose it big time...it's the narcissist in him, he can't help it.
As I've posted before, the best way to frustrate a pushy used car salesman is to just look at him and smile; if you ask to many questions, he'll figure out your "hot button" and start the big "pitch"...just smile, and play your best game of rope-a-dope.
The dems/liberals/progressives/populists (or whatever the hell they're calling themselves this week) have been, and still are, playing games for years, and not that our knees are not buckling in submission, they just can't handle it.

Axeldork is a typical Saul Alinski Commie radical.
He shamelessly blames on the opposition that evil which he himself is trying to do, using the tactic the biggest outrageous lie told first will be the one that ultimately sticks in the minds of a gullible public and lapdog media!

Obamao was invited. He had no choice. Frankly, I thought it was a good thing.
He showed up with a mad on and it only got worse at the time went by.
Snarky in the first place and lying through his teeth in the second.

NO, Axelrod, Obama FAILS, the COUNTRY WINS! The new talking point is: Republican sits on sideline. Big freakin deal. That's where OBAMA, Pelosi & Reid put them during the last year. Remember, IDIOT, you locked Republicans out of the room!

With you on that one!
[Note to Axelrod] Yes Dear, we hope like hell that uhbama's policys fail, big time. The smarmy socialist and his creepy advisers, like you, MUST FAIL. Because, you see, we LOVE the foundations this nation was built upon and will protect them from the likes of you and your nut-case boss FOREVER! Besides...aren't you, yourself, getting a little wigged out at your boss'es narcissism, ineptness, arrogance and laziness? I mean, come on Davey-we all know who is working really hard in the new Kremlin.

I don't have to HOPE the president fails.
He has already failed.
And he will continue to fail, because Socialism/Communism/Centralized Government ALWAYS fails.
If central planning worked, the USSR would of been the most advanced, prosperous nation in the history of man. But instead, their nation and their ideology have been relegated to the dustpan of history.
All presidents enter office with problems to deal with, the difference this time is that someone utterly unqualified to DEAL with the problems took over and is only making the problems worse. Unlike college where affirmative action got him through regardless of how stupid he was, the is the real world where real results are demanded.
But none of this really matters because (see tag-line)
