Right you are. You are poor because you made POOR decisions. Of course, I’m not an expert of wealth but I dont blame whitey or anyone else as an excuse.

It’s not part of conservatism to lump people into big groups and judge them collectively. There are individuals who are poor because they had the bad luck to be born into backward, corrupt countries, as were the ancestors of many Americans. Many people in the Third World work harder than many Americans. Microfinance is capitalism, not welfare, and the recipients are not ghetto bums.
