I once knew a history professor at WV Tech how said “blacks don’t have a history”. He made a black student angry by saying this. What is the FReeper opinion of this?My opinion is that baiting people is a waste of time.
It depends on your definition of "have."

Ah, I see. Of course, by that definition, most of the human race, for most of its existance, has not had a history. Recorded history, the keeping of records, only started about 5,000 years ago. Before that, it is oral tradition only.
