Is there a loophole in the Constitution which allows a person born in, say, Kenya, to become President of the United States?

There does indeed seem to be a loophole that allows an interim appointed “senator” to continue voting even after his successor has been duly elected by the people.

There's a loophole that doesn't require a birth certificate to be shown... :-)
That's why I've been advocating that the states pass legislation making it mandatory in that state for a candidate to produce his birth certificate or else he cannot be on the ballot in that state. That would close up that loophole in the Constitution...

The loophole is that no one ever thought that there would be a need to have someone prove that they are a natural born citizen, therefore it was never defined legally nor was an entity put into place to verify it.
