Even under the most liberal reading of 8 USC § 1158, I don’t see how any judge can grant this woman asylum. She just doesn’t qualify, for a variety of reasons.
I don’t even see how they could claim that she could be used as a bargaining chip with the Zero. He obviously couldn’t care less about her. He left her on the public tab all this time when he obviously had the means to care for her.
