Good. Max attack now. Shelby had buddies in the NSA and talked about the BC before. Come one Senator - do your duty.

Go Sen. Richard Shelby!
This is probably a tactical move in preparation for a NASA Manned Space Program defunding fight.
Alabama has lots of NASA related job in jeopardy.

‘bout time we served them with their own CRAP. Good...I hope they put these Marxists in a straight jacket for the next 3 years.

Never gonna happen now. Obama can of course make recess appointments but he shouldn't count on any Senate confirmation votes any time soon. The magic number is 60. Whoo hoo!

Not thrilled with his reasons (pork spending not going his way), but I am glad that none of zero’s nominations will go through so easily.
There’s no spine here - just another political whore trying to save his own job.

The only better United States Senator is Jeff Sessions, and ALABAMA’s got them both. Roll Tide, and even (very reluctantly) War Eagle.

The biggest battle of the month is not even being widely reported: the nomination of radical union lawyer Craig Becker to the NLRB. Scott Brown has said he does not know how he will vote on Becker’s cloture. It is critical people call his office at 202-224-4543 and tell him to support the fillibuster. Becker wrote a paper wherein he shows how the NLRB could give unions huge power just rhough regulation: without a single piece of legislation being passed. This anti-democratic radical mjust be stopped.

**Shelby’s holds mean that the Senate cannot vote on a nominee unless the hold is broken using a cloture vote that requires 60 senators or if the senator lifts the hold.**
ROTFLOL!!!!!
Way to go, GOP!
