Your link is dead and I still don’t believe you. I’ve seen ALL the reports for this area, they were all 3-8.
Ugh, I should have posted the text. I SWEAR that the warning said 15 inches. Looks like State College didn’t get that but it said it, REALLY. :)
The only reason I responded in the first place was because I had read it previously - I’m originally from PA, met my husband at Penn State, have family an hour east of there, so I was checking the whole area for snowfall predictions.
