Is that what you would say had Obama used notes written on his hand? I agree..it is no big deal...but I do not want us to be hypocrites either. I know exactly how some would react if any democrat had notes written on their palm. The least we can do is be honest.

In a word yes. You need to look again at the pictures of Obama with a teleprompter addressing the 6th grade kiddies (or the press afterword) and a staff meeting.

Much ado about nothing. I do it myself sometimes.

Now, if Mrs. Palin were taking a test, such as the written driver’s test, or the bar exam, etc., then it WOULD be a problem. Then it would be cheating.

Facts not in evidence. I just don't see this as a viable argument. You're supposing some would react the same as they would against a teleprompter. That's all.

People making speeches use notes and flat out written material every day. There's nothing wrong with that. Making notes on one's hand is nothing more than being prepared. It's a far cry from one totally relying on a teleprompter to get them through a speech, and ill-equipped without one.

I have sincere doubts anyone here would have an issue with such habits.

It would be an improvement for the dummy who uses a teleprompter to speak to 6th graders

“The least we can do is be honest.”

I agree, but, when it comes to her, freepers do so at their own risk.

Frankly, I’m embarrassed FOR her.

Why are you trying to establish moral equivalence between actions taken by the good guys and those taken by the enemy?

Using the enemy’s tactics does not make us the enemy.

The least we should do is be effective.
