I’ll have to disagree with you on that point. An owner of private property is allowed to restrict access in any way he wants. In contrast to the owner of a public business (let’s say something like a gas station), private property can be restricted. I can let people onto my private property (or not) at my sole discretion.

I did not say I agree with it, only that it would be acted upon. Many mens only groups, although private have been forced to let in women.
