A health official says a total of 303 people in the Rockland County towns of Monsey and New Square have been diagnosed with the highly infectious disease. Almost all the cases are among Orthodox or Hasidic Jews. Inbred, er, insular religious communities who are conquering Rockland County (not that there's anything wrong with it, as long as they keep their theocracy within the Eruv). These folks are often opposed to vaccination, so it doesn't surprise me that they have this problem.

OK you can put down that copy of Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
They aren’t opposed to vaccination and it was actually the Hasidim who employed the use of genetic testing to ensure that Tay Sachs disease is no longer a problem among Ashkenazic Jews.
