” Glass sounds like it could shatter at anytime, metal sounds like its been dented big time, its a criminal act absolutely.”

Maybe we should just give these two guys the death penalty for scaring people with their mean ol’ snow balls.

“Yeah, I don’t like people throwing things at cars, even if the things are ‘harmless.’”
Yes, I actually agree, but to charge these guys with a FELONY is ridiculous.

I completely agree. They are adults and shouldn't be doing kid stuff. They have better arms than kids. But still, the cops should have just said, "Grow up kiddies and move along."

If they hurt someone or damage something, then that needs to be looked at.

Agreed.

A icy snowball could crack glass, distract the driver, and cause a very serious accident. Snowplow out of control is lethal.

Question: What about rock-throwing? Just youthful fun and games?

This should have been a misdemeanor AT WORST, with community service such as picking up trash. To ruin these kids lives with a FELONY charge is beyond the pale. This makes a joke out of the term “felon”.

Looks like government employees are being turned into a ‘protected’ class.

Are you kidding?

Just walk into any government building that now resemble fortresses, and so much as raise your voice, and you'll have people there immediately ready to throw you in a cage.

snowballs??? its a criminal act absolutely.

Do they have to put the snowballs in the refrigerator to maintain the integrity of evidence?

Government public schools will now ban and prohibit students from drawings snow balls, that are now considered, cold weapons or, “Snow missiles.”

Exactly. Since when has it ever been legal to throw ANYTHING at moving vehicles?

Then maybe it's all about home training. My father knew of a husband and wife that were killed when their vehicle was hit by an object thrown/dropped from an overpass onto their car. They lost control and ran off the road.

I'm sure it seemed harmless at the time.
