Stop with the 10th amendment already unless they are willing to disable the IRS in their states. There is no 10th as long as you cannot control the outflow.

Stopping the outflow is up to the person in the mirror. Stop looking for government - any level - to do what individuals must do for themselves.
BTW, if there is no 10th Amendment - or a need for it - repeal it. I welcome that fight.

Don’t you think that may very well be discussed? I heard Colorado a few years back passed legislation reorganizing the manner in which federal taxes were collected in the state. ALL federal taxes, including income, were to be sent to a state escrow account, from which, the State then paid the federal government.
Too bad the governor vetoed it!
