Exactly the right tone. "Senator McCain has served the country with honor, it's time to move forward with different priorities."

Sen. McCain, thank you for your service, now return home.

Sheriff Joe and Maricopa County Atty., Andrew Thomas are really the only ones in the State of AZ who actually do something to combat the influx of illegals into the state. Keep up the GREAT WORK Sheriff Joe and Atty. Thomas. GO JD HAYWORTH!!

Ok, I see. Well, he has enough money of his own, but it may never be enough to keep him from sinking this time. We need to help Haworth. BTW this afternoon heard a talker with guest on nutrition, supplements, etc. and he is saying that McCain has written a bill that would outlaw products we can buy in health food stores or drugstores, alleging they are "dangerous', some of them 'fatal'; the man went on to give the mortality figures on LEGAL, FDA-APPROVED DRUGS and McCain had totally ignored this. Many people, including myself, have fought this for years along with the ridiculous nanny-state attempts to enforce what they think you should eat.

That McJuan should go after legal and safe products, in deadly dangerous times we live in, and while trying to win re-election! clearly shows how mentally unstable the man is.

I have championed Sarah Palin from the very biginning. She is a great lady, and I wish her every success. That I have a question here and there, or make a suggestion that may help her does not detract from that. So save your breath, onyx. You’ll live longer. :)

I don’t think he’s unstable, He’s just been in Washington too long and like all fossil incumbents, he’s forgotten to adhere to our Constitution. The legislation you’re telling me about sounds like wasted hours when the senate ought to be addressing matters of importance, like reducing the federal deficit and slashing spending and they could start by abolishing entire federal agencies and departments.

Thank you for posting this explanation. I knew that Geovernor Palin was enormously beset with fictitious charges, and never doubted for a moment that she was innocent of any of them. But it is good to review what lay at the bottom of her retiring from office for many people. How sad that in this country the enemy has the power to causr such heartache to a person with a pure heart, and the amazing courage of her confictions. I really appreciate your post.

Oh it will be defeated if it even goes anywhere. But it's something 'Rats would jump aboard for. You know--his "good friends". A feather in his hat with the rats & the 'Rat in Chief.

You would think he would hesitate to tackle a hugely unpopular, BigBrother move like that when running for reelection.

Yes, he's mentally unstable--what would you expect after what he went thru in Hanoi? No one could be the same again. Long captivity & torture plus the indoctrination techniques the communists had perfected during the Cold War. Since he has held office he has been what they made him into--a Manchurian Candidate.

Palin only does that because she owes her recognition to Mc Cain, and she knows it. She doesn’t agree with a lot of Mc Cain, but she knows she’d still be the little known governor of Alaska if it weren’t for him. I’m sure she has stressed over it.

She’s honorable. It doesn’t look good to turn on the ones that made her famous, and for all that I dislike Mc Cain for, I’m glad he chose her for a running mate. And I’m sure she feels exactly that way too.

UGH. He’s not unstable or a Manchurain Candidate. It’s foolish to to go there. He’s just been in Washington too long. He should have retired gracefully.

I think everyone should wait and see what she says while campaigning for McRINO. I suspect many people will go just to see Sarah and still not vote for Juan.

Look, voters elect a man or woman because they expect him to generally vote for what is right, what is Constitutional, and for their mutual political party. When he crosses the aisle, turns against them time & time again, sneers at the conservative movement AND the Constitution AND American ideals, --it's time to remove him at the ballot box. For Juan, its overtime. First & foremost he has put us--not just us conservatives or republicans, but the entire country--in an increasingly dangerous situation by seriously fighting each & every attempt to stop the steady invasion of illegals over the Southern border into the US. That's just one item, I know that you are well aware of the rest.

Hopefully, this divisive trick he is pulling, using Sarah to campaign with him, will backfire. I don't live in AZ, but I imagine the good people of your state have had enough of him. It's time to elect a conservative!!!

As the political climate is very favourable to Republicans, this is a historic opportunity to dump McCain and get a conservative republican in his place.

McCain knows this and hence he is using every dirty trick in the book etc, Sarah has made the wrong choice here by backing McCain in this primary.

I think Sarah is just giving him payback for thrusting her into the spotlight. It’s ok with me. She has alot to learn and seems to be well on her way.
