Bammy must’ve found Bush’s earthquake machine in the Whitey House basement.

How long until Pat Robertson, Hal Lindsey and the rest of the ding dongs blame it on God sending a warning to Obama? Then how long until the Hollywood idiots crying Mother Earth whining about no treaty....?

It woke me up about 4am. It sounded like a helicopter hovering right above my roof. Everything shaking and rattling. First time I’ve ever experienced one.

I was up and didn’t feel it north of Milwaukee. Being from CA, I’m used to earthquakes and know one when I feel it. The tremors travel many miles from their source in CA. Apparently not in IL.

I will say that my Cable went out at about that time, although the computer connection was fine, which is why I am still here.

It will take more than an earthquake to wake up Chicago.

I was close to the center on the map, but I slept through it.

I live directly north of the earthquake, but I didn’t hear or feel anything. At least it didn’t wake me up.

Didn’t feel a thing here (homer Glen) and I was wide awake at 0400.

I admit, I could have mistaken it as a strong gust of wind (2 big drifts across the driveway this morning...all dug out but now I have to go in to work :-(

My first thought was that it must be the entire population of Schaumburg falling off their bar-stools.

The timing was just about right.

Let’s face it, 4.3 is pretty small.
