IMO, this is nothing but to further groom the serfs for the Government takeover of health care, it's been going on for a while.

If they ever get this past they'll have a reason to control everything you do in life....after all anything you do can adversely affect health care costs...what you eat, drink or kind of car you drive, what kind of bath tub you have etc., not to mention the regulatory powers it will give them over business's.
