To be fair, almost all on this forum would agree with that bill to require all 9-11 suspects be tried by commission rather than by the courts.
The interesting thing is that the bill was offered by McCain, Graham and Webb, who are all trying to reestablish conservative credentials as they desperately run ahead of the tsunami they see coming at them, as is Ben. I don't think they're running fast enough, nor are they convincing.
