JMO, Ms. Medina seems like a "DUmmie" candidate.
To: DallasBiff
Put a fork in it, her chances of winning are now Zero.
To: DallasBiff
But, hey, Ron Paul is probably very proud of her.
That's got to be some consolation prize...right? ;-)

I heard this. Beck gave her every opportunity to back away from this. She didn’t.

Uh, she did disavow it. Emphatically in her press release.

IIRC, Debra Medina was a campaign official for nutzie Ron Paul's 2008 run for potus.
That alone should disqualify her for any elected position.

She might as well have announced that she could not remember the name of “that mission in San Antonio”, she preferred the Dixie Chicks over George Strait and she liked salsa from New York City.

Well, a "
Truther" is someone who says that Bush and/or our government had a hand in the attacks on 9/11. They're basically saying that Bush and the government "set it up" so that they could go to war against the Muslims and over in the Middle East and to enact freedom-busting laws against the citizens of this country... But..., then again... it does seem that "some FReepers" have a certain level of tolerance for some 9/11 Truthers...
That would include "Phil Berg" who the Obama Derangement Syndrome people (on Free Republic) have also supported... :-)
Some organizations in the nutty 9/11 Truther Movement
[ Caution: reading some of these nutty groups may cause blindness and brain tumors. Proceed with caution. This is probably what happened to Medina... :-) ... ]

Debra Medina states: “I have never been involved with the 9-11 truth movement, and there is no doubt in my mind that Muslim terrorists flew planes into those buildings on 9/11. I have not seen any evidence nor have I ever believed that our government was involved or directed those individuals in any way. No one can deny that the events on 9-11 were a tragedy for all Americans and especially those families who lost loved ones.”
So...who’s doing the misrepresentation of the Beck interview?

Medina statement after hemming and hawing on Beck. The lady isn't ready for Texas Prime Time.
The above You Tube is about 4 minutes of the exchange where she talked over Beck and never made a denial when she had the chance. Poor Poor showing.

She didn't give an unequivocal "no" answer, but a rambling and somewhat evasive non-answer.

How many did we have here who couldn’t understand why Sarah Palin was backing Perry? How many were done with her because of it? Perry isn’t perfect but of the three , he tops out as best.
Seems to me that Sarah was right. Again

Gov. Rick Perry has released a statement in response to Debra Medina's comment on the Glenn Beck show on Thursday.Perry said, "Today's comments were an insult to the thousands of Americans who lost loved ones on 9/11 and the military men and women who are overseas protecting our country. President Bush worked tirelessly to protect our nation from additional terrorist attacks and anyone who would suggest 9/11 is a conspiracy involving the Bush administration should be ashamed."
GO get her Rick!
