LOL I almost choked on my Good & Plenty.
Lately O has been all over the place. He says something, then takes it back 12 hours later. He will back up on this,,I mean he will say he won’t do it but will try to do it anyway all the while saying he didn’t do it.
I think he is unraveled about now,,something sort of unstable about him.

Tennessee has joined several other states in trying to pass a Health Care Freedom Act. NO COLAs for granny, retired Military or retired fed employees. BIG NEW fees for Tricare for Life retired over 65 Military's secondary health ins. (DOD bill already passed, delayed but goes into effect 2011)

Tricare fee increases imposed last week by the Defense Department will be repealed by a provision of the compromise 2010 defense authorization bill unveiled Wednesday by House and Senate negotiators.

The fee increases were announced on Sept. 30 and took effect on Oct. 1, but the defense bill, HR 2647, includes a provision barring any fee increases until the start of fiscal 2011.

Retired Army Maj. Gen. Bill Matz, president of the National Association for Uniformed Services, said the announcement of fee increases was shocking considering that the Obama administration promised earlier this year to hold off on any new fee Tricare fee increases until fiscal 2011.
“President Obama and DoD assured NAUS and the entire military family earlier this year that there would rightly be no increases in any Tricare fees” in fiscal 2010, Matz said. “We took them at their word, and I can’t believe that a co-pay increase like this was allowed to go forward,” he added.
Did anyone ever doubt we would get to this point?
This reminds me of a moment of clear lucidity during one of the presidential debates back in 1992 involving Bush, Clinton and Perot. Clinton made one of his promises "not to raise taxes on the middle class," and Perot responded by saying something to the following effect:
"Of course the middle class is going to bear the brunt of closing our budget deficit. This deficit is so large that the Federal government couldn't even balance its budget if it went out and seized the assets of the 100 largest companies in the United States."
Is this an exact quote? What was the context?

Does he not understand that this is an election year? Even he does not care about his fellow dems, does the fact that he cannot do anything if they are defeated in droves due to America’s disgust with HIM?
At first I wondered if he had some grand plan that was so wickedly brilliant that I would never see it coming til it hit me between the eyes. But then I remembered that he came from the generation that even fixed the Soul Train Scramble Board so as to not make blacks look stupid.

So I have to conclude that he is in way over his head (pay grade if you will) and has not one person in his admin who has a clue.
