I’d say Dick Armey of Freedom Works is going to endorse Rand Paul. This way, Rand Paul can claim to speak for the Tea Party Movement.

Somehow I don't think Dick Armey speaks for the Tea Party movement. And if it is him, that ain't gonna have much effect on the ground in KY.

According to American Spectator, Dick Armey has already endorsed Rand Paul.

"Rand Paul's campaign has announced an endorsement and "generous contribution" from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and her PAC. "Governor Palin is providing tremendous leadership as the Tea Party movement and constitutional conservatives strive to take our country back," Paul said. "Sarah Palin is a giant in American politics. I am proud to receive her support."

His primary opponent, Secretary of State Trey Grayson, is seen as the establishment favorite. Palin's endorsement follows on the heels of similar announcements by Steve Forbes and Dick Armey."
