Well, it's not as if Oshkosh Corp. isn't qualified to build these trucks. They have been manufacturing the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck for the US Army since the 1980s.

I agree that they can deliver the goods, but I think that there is probably a political element involved. In any event, it will by Oshkosh by gosh ;-)
