(Feb. 13, 2010) — Just how long does it take to get information from the Federal Government via the Freedom of Information Act? That question is being answered by the proceedings in the case Allen vs. Soetero. Mr. Ken Allen of Tuscon, AZ, sought all information about Barry Soetoro, Lolo Soetoro, his adopted father, and Stanley Ann Dunham-Soetoro is alleged mother, in the possession of the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security.

Depends on how they “knock them down”, but if simply dismissed without comment, then no appeal. Unless there is some other avenue which permits the case to go directly to the Supreme Court... and even going to the Court, there is no guarentee that the Court will take the case.
Personally, unless something come up not presently forseen, this is likely a legally dead issue for future historians to argue over.
Future historians will probably get their hands on some of the Obama documents hidden by government if it comes down to that.
That is even a more valid reason why WE need to continue keeping this issue to the fire, so that more and more uninformed finally will catch fire and keep it to the forefront!!!

If Fox is afraid of that and incapable of countering that mindless accusation by reminding people that the Senate that drew up McCain's SR511 were birthers as well, then they are descending into irrelevance.
It is just amazing that The President will fight the American people and not disclose such basic documents.
I never thought I would see the day when a Foreign citizen would sit in the White House and mock the American people. Just Incredible. But this is what Democrats have given us.
I mean, really, they get request after request for proof of citizenship and they deny the requests? What the hell are these people thinking? Do they have any curiosity as to who this guy is? Or do they just worship his a$$?
What the Gov’t bureaucrats are worried about is themselves, and not how many FOIA’s they get.....
Per the polls, something like 50% of the voters would like to see his documentation....
So, what does that tell you about people knowing he’s a fraud...
I know this, in the future America will wage a massive truth campaign to correct all the false trails, the false history and the false positions Obama and his machine created.
America will not live with lies and deceit etched permanently in its history books.

It’s just what seems to pass for sophisticated and clever these days, which is sad. Humor was actually one of the better weapons in Reagan’s arsenal.
