9th Circuit Court? -— I wouldn’t be holding my breath on this one - an all liberal court noted for extremely bad decisions, even to attemps to overturn Supreme Court rulings.
Just my thought—the 9th Circuit isn’t going to lay hand on Obama.
if the ninth knocks them down, cannot they appeal further?
and that alone would be cause for some news....
