Geez Loweeze! That’s new to me. Perhaps true education reform should be to issue school vouchers to all who want them and reducing the publik skools to state-run soup kitchens for kiddies.
The school system should NOT be a government feeding center.

What do they do in the summer when school is out? What do they do over Christmas vacation? Do they mean that these kids literally have nothing to eat if school isn’t in session?
