Change can help Haiti but it must be done with reform and more democracy. It must be done to clean up corruption —failing that—a strong man—a tyrant dictator might be able to impose order and dominate the nation forcing reform at the barrel of a gun. Maybe a King like old Henri Ist in the 19th Century. Sad to say—a tyrant would be an improvement—that for a fascist like Mussolini could set things right.
