Wow! Looks like we have a Hoosier here who is not a Coats fan. I live in TX and know very little about him.

True, he may be alright (though I have heard rumors of RINO tendancy-espcially on the 2nd Amendment), but WE ALREADY HAVE 4 Conservatives in this race when the RINO-/Establishment Recruited Coats to Regain his old seat!(And he hasn’t lived here for years..)!

No, the whole way they Party Establishment went about it left a bad taste in my mouth!

“By disclosing his retirement one day before the filing deadline, the idea was that no Democrat would qualify for the primary ballot and the party’s state central committee could tap their favored candidate. “

“A Bloomington, Ind., restaurant owner who had been running an obscure and uphill challenge against Sen. Evan Bayh for the Democratic nomination...”

Ah, running on the stromboli platform.

There’s an amazing appeal of a court judgment involving this ol’gal. She and her husband hired a guy to fix up the kitchen in the restaurant. He also wanted some work on the bar. When he left the country (reason not given) she turned around and told the contractor “NO BAR”. She changed the locks on the building and told him the deal was off. He sued and won a judgment. http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/06190802lmb.pdf

We REALLY need to get her on the ballot.

Anybody know where we can go to sign her petition?
