It's no surprise that elitism and a pretentious point of view have a place on The Washington Post editorial page, but even this is a little much.
Pseudo-conservative columnist Kathleen Parker asserted that Trig Palin, the Down syndrome son of the 2008 Republican vice-presidential nominee and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin might one day find his mother's abortions comments "hurtful." A Feb 14 column published in the Post focused on the delicate art of criticizing Palin's recent political and personal defense of the special-needs community, stemming from White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel's controversial comments involving the word "retarded."
Parker recounted Palin's brief mention that she understands how women entertain the though of abortion when learning about the special needs of an unborn child. Instead of praise for Palin's honesty and candor, Parker seized the opportunity to criticize Palin's outspokenness and attempt to speak on behalf of her son.

Kathleen Parker has had Palin Derangement Syndrome for some time.
It is amazing how even older women in such privileged positions and who consider themselves to be logical and intelligent (I am not saying she is) can find themselves driven by the same emotions of anger and jealousy as a “mean girl” in high school, when it comes to Sarah Palin.
Parker probably loves Sarah Palin .. if not for her, what would Parker write about?
Kathleen Parker is obsessed with Sarah Palin and her family. Maybe it’s because the best Kathleen can do is write a column for a left-wing paper and get a degree in Spanish Literature. Sarah was governor of a state and lives with the FIRST DUDE!

It is obscene she is paid to write what she does, particularly by what are supposed to be conservative publications.
That picture on her website is not what she looks like now...she wishes!
I think she is jealous of Sarah.
She looks like the snowmen in my neighborhood now that the temps have risen.
If he has that critical thinking he will understand that Mom went for life. This is a very sorry statement on the part of this death clown.
She is just another liberal beating the Hate Sarah drum, hoping to poison the voter pool before 2012.
She is also probably envious that more people read Palin’s facebook posts than her pathetic columns in the WacomPost.

Does anyone know where I can find the video of Sarah’s speech at Daytona. I’ve seen some mention it, but I haven’t been able to find a thing about her visit there, either at the race or the book signing.
No, it is worse than that. The media convinced a large portion of the people to hate Bush because THEY hated Bush. They want to do the same to Sarah before 2012 so that THEY can once again select a RINO candidate for us.
2012 is a ways off. 2010 will be another matter. Gridlock on a socialist President is the goal. That bastard is killing America.
