Barack Obama's Terror Czar John Brennan says that 20% of the released terrorists going back to the battlefield to kill Americans and others "isn't that bad." In another "What the hell did you just say?!"-moment that's becoming, sadly, increasingly common with Obama's rogue terror czar, John Brennan was speaking at—of all places!—the Islamic Center of New York University just this past Saturday. Since it was the Islamic Center and all, what better venue for John Brennan to spout another completely shocking and widely condemnable opinion that just confirms all the prior criticism that's rightfully been swirling around him for months! You know, just the same old, same old criticism that he's not up to the job, is inept, or simply is too liberal to be effective at his post as terror czar.

They did have it on Fox last night, he said that the 20% recidivism rate was fine because here in the states our criminals have a recidivism rate of over 50%. Con. Peter King replied that Brennan compares Shoplifters with terrorists! He needs to go!
Tyhe perfect Solution - send Brennan over to Afghanistan and let him talk to the 20% of the terrorists whom have returned to the battlefield. Give him a pistol with only 20% of the available amount of bullets in the chamber. Give him a vehicle with only 20% of the gas it needs to run with. Opps I get it the O administration is only 20% effective for America. Keep in mind O believes 54% is a B+. 20% is probably a C-, in the O Adminstration. Great minds think alike - inability to reason. POW handling ought to be zero-tolerance. No release if there's any chance they'll be back out trying to harm Americans.
But I forget. This administration isn't fighting a war. It's conducting a bleeding-heart "law enforcement" action. Same strategy that got us 9/11 and all those other attacks -- and will get us more to come.
Report back to us in 5 years on the other 80%.

Zero percent would be better, but somehow I don’t think he’d be much interested in hearing my solution of how to accomplish that.
maybe all these a-clowns could be required to fly around (over the oceans, not land) in planes that have “only 20%” chance of catastrophic failure on each flight (of course not involving any innocent people)

The Republican are stuck with a trio of electable but less less than ideal candidates to choose from. Bayh scared off the strongest potential Republicans from running. I almost admire this shenanigan, quite a brilliant ploy.
