Arlington police made the arrest because the incident started on Hwy. 360, which is in Arlington. The actual arrest and detonation of the pipe bombs was at Loop 820 and Rosedale, which I believe is inside Ft. Worth city limits, but perhaps on the Arlington/Ft. Worth line. It was, no doubt, a cooperative venture among area law enforcement agencies.
I did a White Pages search and found a lostoing for an Alhomsi in Plano. The only Alhomsi in the state that they had listed. Wonder if Melissa lives there?
