Why would anybody choose a location nextdoor to a strip club or a sex shop to build a private Christian school?

Very good question, I believe the school is the one that made this mistake, kind of like people that move next to an airport and then complain about the noise.

Why would anybody choose a location nextdoor to a strip club or a sex shop to build a private Christian school? The problem may be that any location in San Francisco is within close range of a strip club or sex shop.
