He’s going to give himself a name change from “The Great State of West Virginia” to “The Great State of Robert Byrd” for his next birthday.

Besides Byrd, another very old, 86?, RAT senator, Launterburg?, fell and hit his head and is in the hosp today.
Chances are that those two could take the big dirt nap before Nov.
