Speaking of Harry Reid: I’m very concerned. Sean Hannity said tonight that The Tea Partiers are considering running their own candidate in the Nevada Senate race. This would divide the Conservative vote and put Dirty Harry back in for another 6 years.
Anybody know anything about this?
That isn’t really the case. It’s fringe groups trying to use the “Tea Party” label to advance their cause. Ron Paul type followers. I think the concern is overblown right now. When I see more mainstream groups interested in their own representative then I’ll take it seriously. For now it just seems to be a tool for Republican loyalists to whine about the dangers of third parties and convince us we should never ever consider it.
I’m not against third parties in principle and won’t be scared out of the position. But as far as Nevada goes I see no reason not to support within the system. Perosnally rooting for Tarkanian.

Right now tea party candidates are the democrats best friends.
I doubt these are 'Tea Party' people...probably just p*ssy Libertarians and disgruntled Democrats trying to co-op the TP label...remember, if it weren't for Libertarians; Reid might have NEVER been a Senator in the first place.
